• Practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy reorganization and creditors' rights, distressed supplier situations, and non-bankruptcy workouts.
  
  
• Representative clients include financially-distressed companies, creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings and adversary proceedings, unsecured creditors' committees, original equipment manufacturers, sub-tier suppliers, receivers, financial institutions, guarantors, and asset purchasers.
    
• Extensive representation of preference defendants in avoidance actions and creditors in the prosecution of administrative claims.
