• Diverse national practice focusing on bankruptcy and insolvency law, debtors' and creditors' rights, receiverships, all aspects of UCC Article 9 including filing, priority, default remedies, and sales, front-end loan documentation including floorplan loans and other aspects of dealership finance, supplier risk management issues, and workouts.
   
• Clients include original equipment manufacturers, tier one and sub-tier automotive suppliers, trade creditors, distressed companies, debtors, trustees, receivers, lenders and other secured creditors, automotive finance companies, asset purchasers, preference defendants, and unsecured creditors' committees.
   
• Extensive representation of original equipment manufacturers and automotive suppliers, including ensuring the continuity of supply from non-performing, financially distressed, or bankrupt suppliers.
   
• Advises secured creditors in all aspects of loan workouts and restructurings, including creditors' rights representation.
   
• Experience representing captive finance unit of global automobile manufacturer in all aspects of dealer network lending, including wholesale commercial floor plan financing, real estate loans, working capital loans, lines of credit, commercial litigation, rights and remedies under UCC Article 9, bankruptcy, workout, and franchise rights under federal and state law.
  
  
• Represents financially distressed companies restructuring in and out of court.
   
• Represents purchasers of assets in bankruptcy and similar state court proceedings.
   
• Extensive experience representing major corporations, including financial institutions, in multi-million dollar business disputes.
