Our professionals have represented debtors, trustees, receivers, secured and unsecured creditors, equity holders, landlords, tenants, asset purchasers, lessors, and creditors' committees.

We represent financially distressed companies restructuring in and out of court. Our experience includes negotiating forbearance agreements, accommodation and access agreements, and filing bankruptcy petitions under chapter 11 and chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code when necessary.
