We represent lenders in structuring, restructuring, and documenting loan and lease transactions, providing a seasoned business and legal perspective. We have significant experience as lead counsel in asset-based lending transactions involving all types of collateral. We also serve as Michigan counsel to lenders in multi-state and international transactions.
