The Impact of Janvey v Golf Channel on Fraudulent Transfers in Ponzi Schemes” in the Spring 2018 issue of the Michigan Business Law Journal. The article explores the Fifth Circuit arguably broadening a receiver’s or trustee’s power to reclaim payments from vendors unknowingly doing business with Ponzi scheme operations.
