Wolfson Bolton Obtains Summary Judgment in Michigan Sales Representative Commission Act Case

Wolfson Bolton has obtained summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for its publicly-traded client who had been sued for breach of contract and a violation of the Michigan Sales Representative Commission Act.  The Complaint, filed in March of 2016, alleged damages in excess of $1 million.  The court granted Wolfson Bolton’s motion for summary judgment on March 16, 2018 on cross motions for summary judgment by the parties.  Plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration, which the court denied on November 19, 2018.
