Thomas J. Kelly Named Partner at Wolfson Bolton

Wolfson Bolton PLLC is proud to announce Thomas J. Kelly as the firm’s newest partner. Tom joined the firm in 2014 as an associate attorney. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where he received a full tuition scholarship as a Dean Charles H. King Scholar and was a Law Review Managing Editor. He obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University with High Honor.

Tom’s practice focuses on commercial and bankruptcy litigation, commercial bankruptcy and reorganization, original equipment manufacturer and supplier matters, loan workouts, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business matters. He has extensive experience analyzing complex legal issues and crafting creative solutions for Wolfson Bolton’s clients.
