Wolfson Bolton PLLC is pleased to announce that Ryan M. Mardini has joined the law firm as an associate attorney and will focus on commercial litigation and mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan is a 2018 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and served as the 2018 Class Commencement Speaker. Ryan received several academic awards in law school, including a book award, the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence, and the Outstanding Law Student Award. He also served as a member of the Detroit Mercy Law Review, where he published a note. While in law school, Ryan clerked for the Honorable Bernard A. Friedman at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. Ryan also clerked for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office in the Fraud Unit and served as a student attorney in the Juvenile Appellate Clinic where he represented children in child protective and delinquency appeals.
Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Before joining Wolfson Bolton, he spent two years at Deloitte advising clients on mergers and acquisitions including cross-border transactions, U.S. and international tax planning strategies, and corporate reorganizations and restructuring.
