Practice focuses on bankruptcy and reorganization, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and loan workouts/transactional matters.
Rachel is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Frank Murphy Honor Society. While in law school, Rachel received 7 book awards, the Dean’s Scholarship for Excellence, and the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence. She gained experience in appellate litigation as a student attorney for the Appellate Veterans’ Clinic and served as president of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University. Prior to joining Wolfson Bolton, she clerked for the Honorable Joseph G. Fabrizio, a district court judge for the 52nd District Court in Clarkston, Michigan. She previously worked as an underwriting associate in middle market and private banking for Comerica Bank. Rachel is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and involved with Attorneys For Animals.
