Scott A. Wolfson will speak at the 34th Annual Spring Meeting of the American Bankruptcy Institute in Washington, D.C. April 14-17. The American Bankruptcy Institute is the nation’s largest association of bankruptcy professionals, made up of over 12,000 members in multi-disciplinary roles, including attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and others.
Wolfson will moderate a panel titled, “Understanding D&O Policy Issues in Bankruptcy,” with panelists Robert J. Feinstein, Managing Partner of the New York office of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones, LLP, Jason D. Horwitz of JLT Specialty Insurance Services, Inc. in Chicago, and T. Scott Avila, Managing Partner of Deloitte Corporate Restructuring Group in Los Angeles.
