About Eric

Eric A. Zacks advises private businesses, investors, and individuals on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and core corporate matters. He supports transactions and operational needs, including acquisitions/divestitures, management equity and employment arrangements, and various other corporate/operations agreements.

Eric is also a tenured faculty member at Wayne State University Law School, teaching mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and other transactional law courses. His scholarship focuses on contract law and, in particular, contract drafting practices and their implications for contract law development.
