Scott A. Wolfson obtained the dismissal of an automotive sales-representation agreement complaint against the firm’s client in 2018, which the Sixth Circuit affirmed in 2020. Our client was then sued again for allegedly different breaches of the agreement, which Wolfson got dismissed on res judicata grounds in 2021.
