Wolfson Bolton is pleased to announce that Kenton M. Bednarz has joined the law firm as Of Counsel. Kent’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, commercial transaction structuring, negotiation and guidance, and general counsel advisory services. Kent has numerous years of experience as the general counsel and corporate secretary of a publicly traded Tier 1 international automotive supplier and uses that experience to provide general counsel and governance advice to his corporate clients.
Kent is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan. Kent was recently named President of Hercules Electric Mobility. Before joining WB, he was the Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs at Shiloh Industries. Prior to that, Kent was corporate counsel at Guardian Industries.
