Wolfson Bolton Kochis Announces Kenton Bednarz as its New Practice Lead for M&A, Corporate, and Emerging Growth

Wolfson Bolton Kochis PLLC, is pleased to announce that Kenton Bednarz has joined the firm as a Member and Practice Lead for the firm’s M&A, Corporate and Emerging Growth practices. Bednarz has a diverse and deep practice from which he provides counsel on mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, emerging company formation, development and growth, and commercial transaction structuring, negotiation and guidance. He also provides clients external general counsel advisory services.

“Kenton’s addition further solidifies the foundation of our M&A, Corporate and Emerging Growth practices,” said Founding Member Scott A. Wolfson, “and serves as a catalyst for the firm’s continued growth and capability expansion.” Founding Member Peter C. Bednarz earned is Juris Doctor from Wayne State University Law School (Detroit), his Master of Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) and his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). His career path has taken him from being a partner at an Am Law 200 full-service law firm, to the Vice President, Legal and Government Affairs, and Secretary, of a publicly traded Tier 1 automotive supplier with operations in the United States, Europe and China, to running a business advisory company, to being the President of Hercules Electric Mobility, Inc. His experience includes providing legal, M&A, corporate governance, policy and process building, negotiation advisory, and business leadership, strategic and operational counsel to various businesses across industries, including automotive, marine, manufacturing, construction, residential home services, health-tech, professional sports, amateur athletics and health/lifestyle products.
